Turca is formed as a guitar duo by two guitarists who are born to the
passionate style of Mediterranean music. Carrying the casual get togethers
on to the stage, Alla Turca now is one of the most requested bands with
its unique style in the New York City area. Focused mainly on gypsy rumba
sounds, the band strives to bring a great variety of tunes from a variety
of countries including Spain, Turkey, Italy, Greece and more. Alla
Turca combines a great experience spectrum with the following band
members: Emre
Yilmaz (guitar, vocals),
Mehmet Mutlu
(guitar, back vocals) and
Tony Padilla
(percussion)" This group ranges from a
duo to six members making them suitable for any type of occasion.
- Note: One of the members resides in New York City so air fair must be accommodated for performances outside of New York City.
